Re:Zero - Starting Life in Another World
The series follows Subaru Natsuki who on the way home from a convenience store one day finds himself transported to another world. Once he gets there, he dies trying to help Emilia, a half-elf who is vying for the title of the ruler of the country known as the Kingdom of Lugnica. After being revived, he finds out he has chronokinesis, the ability to control time, and moves into one of the Roswaal’s mansions to serve as their butler.Â
He then opts to use his new powers to help her win the throne and become the new queen of Lugunica. He also uses it to help some of the friends that he makes along the way but every time he uses these powers, he suffers a great deal of pain.
