Shipping Information

How Long is Processing time and what does that mean?

Processing time is required to ensure that everything matches and we are sending orders to the correct location.  This is a fairly quick process,  we usually began processing orders that day or the very next day.  It’s best to expect 3-5 days for processing typically.  With lots of our vendors being affected by the COVID pandemic, processing time has been greatly increased to 15 – 30 days.  

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Currently, we have 15-30 days of processing for most items.  As we continue, this time will be greatly reduced.  The order may arrive much earlier or much later depending on where you are located, time of the year, and seasonality of the product purchased.

Is Covid-19 the reason my package is delayed?

Yes. We work with a lot of vendors to offer a vast variety of products. Each with their own schedules and delays. We do our best to get items out as they arrive in most cases. We are also working with limited staff in hopes of keeping everyone safe. If you have additional questions, please contact us with your order number and email address. (Found in loudpig.com/account)

My product arrived damaged?

We understand that it’s kind of the worst especially if you waited for a product for an extended period, but alas there hope. Simply contact us with photos of the product and the package and we will do our best to find a solution for this situation.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide.  We are currently looking into ways to reduce the cost to our customers.  We want everyone around the world to experience what Loudpig has to offer.  Please note the following situations may apply – You will need to ensure that it is lawful to import items into your country, there may be additional fees imposed such as custom and import fees, and your shipment may take longer to deliver due to customs clearance procedures.

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We offer free shipping for Continental U.S. residents with an order size of $75 or more.  Otherwise, we use USPS and UPS for all other order types.

What is the When Available Options for shipping?

The “when available” option is a shipping option that allows orders that have in stock and backorder items together but do not meet the free shipping ($75+) requirement. We will ship your items as they become available.  It does not move you up in the line on pre-orders.  If you use this method on a pre-order, we ship your order via FedEx instead of USPS. 

How are combined orders handled?

We allow customers to add, backorders, preorders, and in-stock items into a single order.  When orders are combined in this fashion, we ship out orders when ALL items are in stock.  We can split orders by request only.  There is an additional fee for this service.

My package was returned, what now?

We are sorry this happened. The next steps are to reach out to us.  In most cases, we are able to update your address and reship your item for no additional fee.  After 2 days or no response, we automatically refund your order less 25% fee and shipping cost.  If you think your address is incorrect or has changed please reach out to us as soon as possible.

Payment Information & My Account

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We accept all major credit cards, Paypal, and Sezzle.  Note to international customers, if you elect to use this option- Paypal charges cross-border processing fees on the transaction.  The amount is variant on the country of payment.  It is not a charge from Loudpig Anime.

What currency are your prices in?

All of our prices including shipping are in United States dollars. 

Do you charge sales taxes?

Yes, but only to Residents of Florida.

I did not create an account at purchase, How do I login?

If you have ordered from Loudpig and did not set up an account, no worries. Simply request a password and you will receive a link that will allow you to login and see your order details.

Is Buying Online Safe?

Yes, extremely safe.  Most of our orders are process via Amazon Pay and others are processed with Stripe payment services – who stores and manages all of your personal data.  No credit card information is EVER stored on Loudpig’s servers.

Why some of your items are missing from your order?

Loudpig Anime reserves the right, at any time and from time to time without cause to cancel all or any part of the undelivered portion of your order by notice to you. In that event, you shall only be responsible for payment of products provided up to the date of cancellation and the difference will be refunded back to you with on the original payment method only.

How do I login with my phone?

If you are new to Loudpig Anime, simply signup with your phone number. If you have placed an order with us and did not use your phone number. You must first login with your email then update your phone number in your account.

Sezzle Payment Method

What is Sezzle and Can I use it for anything?

Sezzle is a new payment method that allows you to pay for your merch overtime. Basically, yes! We do have a $10 minimal purchase to use it.  Check out our Sezzle page for additional information on how to get started.

Does Sezzle perform Credit Checks?

Sezzle does not perform hard pulls on your credit.
They perform soft pulls which does not impact your credit score. The soft pull is required as part of Sezzle risk chek.

What is Sezzle and Can I use it for anything?

How refunds work with Sezzle?

Refunds are applied to outstanding payments first. Starting with the final payment. The amount of that payment will either be reduced or canceled, depending on the amount of the refund:

If the refund amount is greater than the amount outstanding, Sezzle will cancel the installments and the remaining amount will be credited back to your original payment method. Please allow up to ten (10) business days for your refund to appear on your statement.

Who Can use Sezzle?

In order to use Sezzle, you must be either a US or Canadian resident and be 18 years or older. (Some states have additional age restrictions.) That’s it!

How does Sezzle Work?

• Select Sezzle as your payment method during checkout
• New Sezzle customers will need to create a Sezzle account, returning Sezzle customers will need to login
• Sezzle will do a soft credit check for approval of the transaction
• 25% is due at the time of purchase. Every two weeks, another 25% will be due.
• Sezzle automates the remaining payments through whichever payment method is on file.

I was charged an additional Fee?

If you do not pay on time, Sezzle will charge you a $10 fee. If you need to modify a payment, Sezzle will charge you a $5 fee to make this change. Sezzle is interest-free, so as long as you pay as agreed you will never pay any additional fees for this service.

Ordering, Refunds, and Returns

How do I place an Order?

Placing an order is the easiest part of our website. Simply find an item that you love and checkout. Pretty simple.  We even have a single page checkout for your convenience.

Do I need an account to place an order?

You do not need to have an account to place orders with Loudpig. 

Who should I to contact if I have any questions?

If you have a question about you order or in general you can contact us at loudpig.com/contact or on Facebook we are super responsive.

What are backorders and how are they handled?

Items are on backorder when we have run out of in-stock items but plan on receiving additional products.  Traditionally, we wait till the entire order is in stock but because we are unique, if you order a combination of in-stock and backorder items, we will wait one week, if the backorder item is not in stock we will ship the rest of your order and ship the backorder item when its in stock.

What are Chargebacks and How we handle them

Chargebacks are when you alert your bank that something fraudulent is happening on your account.  We assure you, we are 100% Legit lol.  In all seriousness, this is a serious matter.  Our policy allows refund on nearly everything to some extent, especially when the product has not been received.  If you fall into this situation please contact us.  For friendly chargebacks, we charge $20 plus 25% restocking fee from your total.  Please help us prevent chargebacks by sending us a quick message that you want to cancel your order and we will ALWAYS graciously accommodate. 

Can I have my refund sent to a different card?

No. We do not refund or change payment methods for refunds. 

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

You can cancel you order anytime while its still processing.  After the order has been shipped, it will require you to mail it back to us.  If you need to cancel, you can do it in the account settings or by contact us and we will take care of it for you.

How Do I Track My Order?

An order can be tracked via our tracking page or though using the automatic system provided by USPS or UPS service.  This number will be located in your account as well as emailed to you at the time of shipment.

How Can I Return a Product?

If you need to return an item, please contact us.  Items can be returned 30 days after delivery.  Some items are not fully returnable.  We do charge a 25% restocking fee for all returns.

Items that are not refundable are opened DVD and Blu-Rays, Manga, Some apparel, opened figured, and plushies. We understand that things change. Please contact us with your situation. We are willing to make exceptions on a case by case incidents.

Shipping and Handling fees are not refundable.

Returned merchandise must be in new condition with its original packing (Do Not open the box).

All returns and refunds will take up to 3-5 business days to process

Why can’t I add more than one Pre-Order item to the cart?

Pre-Order shows up at different times. We want to ensure that each of your items are shipped as soon as they become available. This will also prevent in-stock items from being added add as well.

Pre-orders

What are Pre-orders and how do I see and manage mine?

Pre-orders are a way to guarantee you receive an item pre-release. You can manage all of your pre-orders in my account area under the My Pre-Orders tab.  Please be sure to read our pre-order policy before you order or modify it.

Why pre-order an item?

Pre-ordering an item ensure you are first priority to receive this item when it becomes available.

Can I Cancel my pre-order?

Yes, pre-orders can be canceled at any time before the is goes into processing status.  You can also cancel your pre-order directly from the order confirmation page within your account.

If your pre-order has been shipped, we can not cancel this item and will need to make other arrangements.

My Pre-order was Cancelled, Why?

We are committed to fulfilling every pre-order. Sometimes, an issue arise and makes an order unfulfilable. These reasons could include but not limited to – quantity, manufacturer errors, pricing, or fraud.
When we cancel an order you will be notified.

Will items release on the date listed?

We are in contact with vendors constantly trying to ensure dates are as accurate as possible. However, dates are ONLY estimates and are subject to change. Dates are beyond our control as such we will send out notifications alerting customers of such changes with a new estimated date.

When do I pay for pre-orders?

Pre-order items are charged at the time of purchase. This enables use to get them out as quickly as possible once they arrive.

Which payment methods are permitted for pre-orders?

In order to secure your pre-ordered item with us, you will need to use a credit card. Other items can be purchased with Paypal or any other available payment method.

Our products are 100% licensed.

Are your products new?

Yes, all of our products are new.

Do you replace items destroy in shipping?

We will replace your item pending available stock. We understand that sometimes, things happen beyond anyone’s control. We’re all collectors here and want the best quality. If we can’t replace the item, we will issue store credit.

What condition are your items?

Unless otherwise stated, all of our items are shipped in absolute mint condition. We treat all items with care in handling and shipping.

How are your products shipped?

As majority of our items are specifically for collectors, we go to extremes to ensure that your product arrives to you the way we sent it. We even offer various upgrades for pops such as vinyl cases, and funko shippers. We handle all items with extreme care.
